Dr. Hayes has been in education for 18 years. She has taught secondary and adult education. Dr. Hayes is an expert in many subject areas and speaks Spanish. She has three published books and a published research journal. Dr. Hayes is also the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of E-Entrepreneurship and Innovation. With the help of her team, she has been able to build numerous strategic alliances nationally and internationally. She holds a bachelor's degree, a master's degree, and has a doctorate in business administration. 

Mr. Hayes has over 25 years as a visionary educator and innovative marketing professional. Thomas has solid experience managing multiple data-driven community-based projects including budgeting, education and grants management, board development, regulatory compliance, risk management, product pipeline/distribution channels development, strategic planning, brand marketing, partnership development, community involvement, teaching/staff development, fundraising, and project site operations. He holds a bachelor's degree in special education and an MBA.

Mr. Nevin Hall is a former high school educator who comes from a long familial line of teachers in Baltimore and Washington D.C. He serves as a part-time administrative assistant. Mr. Hall brings a wealth of knowledge to All 4 One Learning Solutions, furthering our mission to provide education and resources to students, faculty, and leadership.
